I am currently hiring a full-function HR manager for my client who has multiple manufacturing sites across the Guangdong Province.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow & comply with Company HR strategic policies implementation in respective business areas; )i.e. provide professional suggestion for labor issues, improve employee handbook, and enhance HR efficiency and effectiveness).
• Support and suggest improvements to the entire recruitment process including hiring, talent development, talent retention and etc.
• Ensure a capable and competent workforce by defining training and development needs for groups and individuals. Discuss employees’ career development paths with managers.
• Ensure performance management in their respective organisation (C&B salary reviews, appraisals, individual development plans).
• Ensure that the organisation complies with all relevant regulations, laws and employment standards.
• Oversee deployment of communication channels and fostering positive employee relations between employees and management.
• In charge of all matters concerning expatriates working at the Shenzhen site.
• Monitor HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates and cost-per-hire)

Key Requirements:

• At least 8 years similar working experiences as full function HR Manager role under 1000+ size manufacturing background.
• Fluent Chinese and English communication at verbal and written level.
• Solid understanding of the labor market in South China.
• Result oriented, hands on, humble and touch the ground, take accountability and be integrity , relentless and fearless in achieving goals.
• Can work under pressure and deliver results within tight timeline.
• Can adopt to matrix and complicated organisation.
• Bachelor &above degree.
