岗位职责: Objective of Job（职位定位）

• Coordinate and carry out training courses (e.g. for considering effective directives and methods for certain areas of expertise )

Principle Activities (工作职责)

• Cooperate in personnel planning within his/her area of responsibility in cooperation with the supervisor; employ qualified personnel
• Plan and administer the budget in his/her area of responsibility, in cooperation with the supervisor, and make sure there is compliance with it
• Provide technical and disciplinary leadership to associates that report to him/her; make personnel decisions in cooperation with the HR department and the supervisor
• Break down and prioritize group goals for associates

Job Requirements (任职要求)

• University degree or comparable qualification with focus on Training Management
• At least 3 years training working experience in industry company
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Be familiar with office software
