• Responsible for PQCDSM (production, quality, production cost, delivery with right cost and speed, safety, organizational moral) and ensure 100% customer order fulfillment at right quantity and target time.
• Ensure site is 100% internal and external compliance toward company standard. Stick to company principle and value and be able to influence the site organization to do the right thing.
• Responsible for overall operations in terms of technical part: Technical and maintenance standard, Automation, ERP, etc.
• Ensure smooth daily operations of plant and also specifically manufacturing process development for individual site;
• Identify opportunities to streamline production, including Value Analysis/Value Engineering, continuous process improvement and automation;
• Responsible for establishing and coordinating projects and on-going activities aimed at continue improvement in operation excellence in individual site; Lead operations programs deployment at individual site, such as Lean, VA/VE, ERP, automation, etc.
• Utilize and customize headquarter tools and models for Door Group. Coach operation key leaders of each department to well understand Operations reporting, tools and performance measurement to ensure compliant and consistent implementation.
• Coordinate and consolidate operations report and data timely and accurately in the site level and group level and to match finance target;
• Analyze data, identify root cause, set up correction and prevention actions and make sure continue improvement from individual site;
• Responsible for re-engineer and standardize operations process, initiate benchmarking and best experiences sharing activities ;
• Responsible ERP System operations modules to be implemented prospectively to ensure right data generation and meet management requirements.
• Responsible for competence development and career development of all staff involved in Operations in individual site;
• Be responsible for organization health, capability and moral to ensure site will continue deliver toward high performing organization.
• Coordination of capital expenditure on equipment and ensure adequate returns on investments in manufacturing facilities;

• Minimum 15 years' relevant experiences in manufacturing industry with at least 8 years at plant manager or similar role. Mechanical manufacturing is a plus, large scale sheet mental manufacturing is preferred.
• Have successful experience in both MNC and China local Private Company is highly preferred.
• Strong adaptive to different culture, culture awareness and sensitivity. Had worked effectively in an multi-cultural environment
• Process driven with proven track record in managing operations in MNC with excellent execution. Experience in managing multi plants or multi production lines is a plus;
• Familiar with MNC manufacturing management tools and processes
• Project management expertise.
• Experience in leading organization change / transformation is a plus.

• Bachelor above degree in Engineering or related discipline
