(1)Identification and selection of potential industrial site to implement our new factory
(2)Manage the regulatory aspect for the storage and manufacture of fragrances compounds on the selected site
(3)Identify the resources needed to run the plant efficiently in the respect of the local regulations)
(4)Manage the Operations of the new facility which includes the supervision of production, quality control, purchasing, stock management, warehousing and other logistic matters and direct plant optimization
(5)Define and implement procedures for the operations as well as capital expenditures.
(6)Define the need of new recruitment under his supervision


Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in Business, Industrial Engineering or related field required
· 6 to 10 years of similar experience
· Experience in the materials industry required
· Similar related experience maybe considered
· Fluent in Mandarin, good communications skills in English and Chinese (optional)
· Good command of an ERP system
