The Challenge:

• Many standards have to be maintained and adhered such as ISO, HACCP, legal, regulatory and individual customers. There is often a need to reconcile different and sometimes conflicting requirements for the same production line while maintaining DNP production quality guidelines.许多标准都必须保持和坚持，如ISO，HACCP体系，法律，规章和个别客户等。因此，为同一生产线常常需要调整不同，有时相互冲突的要求，同时保持DNP生产质量指导方针。

• Although include F&A, Logistics, Quality, except production in premix site, no completed organization to be set in the site due to cost control, such as, no GS, HR, SHE function, but the tasks relative with these functions still are in place, need to handle it and balance with main task. 虽然预混料场地除了生产部门外，还有财务、物流、质量部门，为了控制成本，场地的组织架构不是很完整，如没有GS、HR、SHE等部门，但这些部门的工作依然存在，需要去兼顾完成并平衡好与主要工作的关系。
  

The Position:

• Production Management 生产管理
  • Work force allocation to ensure optimised costs around required shift work. 合理分配工作，以确保最佳的成本保证轮班工作的需要。
  • Daily production scheduling and sequencing to ensure production efficiency and product safety. 日常生产调度及工作顺序安排，以确保生产效率和产品安全性。
  • Ensure that QC and analytical support are available to guarantee DNP quality standards are met. 确保质量控制和分析服务的作用，以保证DNP的产品质量标准得到满足。
  • Management and development of SAP/ PCS system to ensure effective operation of the plant. SAP /PCS系统的管理和发展，以确保工厂的有效运作
• Cost Management成本管理
  • Maintain cost control within budget.维护成本控制在预算之内
• Process Improvement过程改进
  • Remove bottlenecks to ensure throughput targets can be met. 消除瓶颈，以确保生产目标得以实现

  • Premix site manager has to pay regular visits to distributors and customers to know their further and potential requirements and also communicate clearly to customers regarding DNP unique production / quality standards to ensure premium prices are achieved and maintained. 预混料场地经理必须定期探访分销商和客户，了解他们的进一步的和潜在的要求，向客户清楚传达关于DNP独特的生产/质量标准，以确保产品溢价是可实现和保持的。

  • Finished goods stocking and delivering management. 成品的货物储存和运送管理

• Maintenance维修
  • Ensure plant is properly maintained including high level of cleanliness and tidiness of entire facility to ensure DNP’s continued leadership of this sector in China. 确保工厂维修工作的全面展开，包括工作场所的清洁和设备整洁等工作，以保证在中国DNP持续的领导能力。
  • Regularly review maintenance history and complete yearly maintenance preventive plan together with ANH Maintenance Manager, and implementation. 定期与预混料工厂维修经理一起回顾维修记录，制定年度预防性维修计划，并执行。
• SHE安全、健康、环保
  • Ensure compliance with all SHE requirements including incident reporting, change management and improvements. 确保遵守所有SHE的要求，包括事故报告，变更管理和改善等。
  • During plant maintenance and capacity development, ensure external contractors are trained, meet and adhere to DSM SHE requirements. 在工厂维修和发展过程中，确保外部承包商的已被培训、适应和坚持帝斯曼SHE的要求。
  • Ensure all site operation following 12 life saving rules 确保场地的所有操作行为与12条安全救生条例一致
  • To pay attention to application of work permit in the site, suitable participate issue of work permit, monitor quality of other work permit. 关注工作许可证体系在工厂的应用，适当参与工作许可证的发放，并对其他许可证加以监督

  • To lead site team to complete relative SHE analysis, such as process analysis, powder materials handling analysis, etc., and implementation of corrective actions.

  • Ensure compliance with all security requirements including incident reporting, risk assessment and improvements. 确保遵守所有安保的要求，包括事件汇报，风险评估，和改善等。
  • Ensure all security devices, ex, camera system, infrared alarm system, access control system, always with good situation. 确保所有安保系统，如视频监控系统，红外周边防范系统，门禁系统处于好的状态
  • Ensure all employees to get necessary training according security requirement. 确保所有员工根据DSM的安保要求获得必要的培训。
  • Regularly check and actions follow up. 定期对场地安保措施落实情况，进行检查回顾
• External Communication外部沟通
  • Keep good relationship with local government, regularly communication with them, to maintain necessary DSM reputation in local society. 与当地政府部门保持良好的关系，以维护DSM在当地的形象和社会声誉。
  • Build a good communication channel with local Safety Supervision, Environment Protection, fire fighting Bureau, and occupational Illness Centre, ensure all site activities are compliance with local and national regulation, can obtain strong support and cooperation if necessary. 与当地安全、环保、消防、疾控中心等部门建立良好的沟通渠道，确保工厂的所有运作符合当地和国家的法律法规，必要时以获得足够的支持、配合。
  • Regularly organize the activities of external communication with neighbour, university, local government, in order to build up flag and high position visualize in premix field. 定期组织与邻居公司、大学、政府部门之间的外部沟通活动，树立公司在预混料行业的标杆效应和高端形象。
• General management. 总务管理
  • Overall management of contractors, ensure all activities of them control under safe, standard, and good quality, competition. 承包商的总体管理，确保他们在场地上的所有活动控制在安全、规范的前提下，好的质量、有竞争力的价格下
  • Management for purchasing of office supply. 场地办公用品采购的管理
  • Management for other activities, such as, utility supply (power, water). 其他活动的管理，如能源供应（电，水）
• ANH Management Team Responsibilities. ANH管理团队职责
  • As a key member of the management team of ANH, active participation in premix meetings and well as ANH general strategy meetings and good inputs to support premix business. 作为ANH管理团队的重要成员之一， 积极参与预混料会议、战略会议，以积极的态度支持预混料业务。
• HR
  • Execute HR policies and procedures in the production organization (recruitment, appraisal, development, training, etc.). 在生产团队中执行人力资源政策和程序（招聘，评估，发展，培训等）
    

The Ideal:

• Bachelor degree or above of Engineering/ Chemistry/ Nutritional Science or related. 工程/化学/营养学或相关专业本科或以上学历
• Production expertise, Good in Oral and Written English, know well SAP system. 生产的专业知识，良好的口头和书面英语，熟悉SAP系统
• 5+ years in production of feed related products, preferably premix. 5年或以上饲料相关产品生产管理，最好是预混料
• Understanding of needs and attitudes of customers in feed industry. 了解饲料工业中顾客的需求和的态度
