Job Description

-Maintain and support all local end point devices like Desktop, Laptop, Mobile devices according to the Corporate guidelines and standards

-Provide training to end-users whenever appropriate

-Participate in troubleshooting, problem solving for all the IT related issues

-Primary contact with site leadership to define and prioritize IT service requirements
-Ensure adherence to established corporate strategies, standards and policies and suggest modifications as appropriate
-Become the broker of IT Services with internally and externally providers
-Ensure the stability, performance and integrity of all in-house data, voice/video, and wireless network infrastructures.   
-Be a proactive member on any  IT projects which be assigned by global or regional IT team or business group, communicate smoothly with both Global/Asia site IT team members and local management team
-Deploy corporate IT policy and standards to the plant
-Participate with the installation, monitoring, maintenance, support, and optimization of all network hardware, VMs, Servers and communication links 
-Create and maintain documentation as it relates to network configuration, network topological diagraming and mapping of both LANs and WAN, and network related processes
-Monitor network, VMs and servers performance and troubleshoot problem areas as required
-Ensure network connectivity of all network-connected appliances such as servers, workstations, telephony equipment, MFPs etc.
-Monitor and test network health in order to provide network performance statistics and trending reports.
-Collaborate with the Information Security Team in managing all network security solutions.
-Perform security audits, system backups and recovery of network infrastructure.

Education :-

University/College degree, major in computer science, information technology, or related field.

-5 years or more of relevant work experience working on Information Technology and Infrastructure support


Knowledge & Experience

-Have the solid knowledge on LAN, WAN, WLAN, SDWAN and hands-on ability.

-Competency with testing tools and procedures for voice and data circuits, packet capturing, and protocol analysis 

-Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws.

-Core infrastructure technologies such as Active Directory, Windows server OS, SQL server, Storage Area Network (SAN) management, Virtual Machine (VM) management, PKI certificate management, and RADIUS authentication.

- Cloud application knowledge like Azure, O365, Sharepoint online and Teams
