Our client is a German company leading the metal parts for automotive and medical device industry. They just start their business in China and now is setting up Chinese team.

1.3 months training in Germany and then back to China to setting up new plant

2.Be responsible for recruiting all the employee in HeNan plant

3.Be in charge of the production lay out, testing machine and mass production

4.Be responbile for the lean six sigma system build up in the plant

5.Be responsible for the all cost down projects among all the functions.(production, engineering, supply chain)

6.Be responsible for the new projects transfered from Germany

7.Be a contact window for the local Goverment

1.Origional coming from center of China area

2.Bechalor degree and above is a master requirement

3.Candidate must has experience in setting up new plant(start with ground openning).

4.Candidate must has some experience regarding metal or aluminimum products, with metallurgy or material engineering experience is highly prefered

5.Candidate must speak fluent English
