Lead and train a team of technicians to trouble-shoot injection molding issue
Improve production efficiency and qualify new molds on over 200 molding machines
Develop professional practices for injection molding in the factory
Assist in scheduling the production plan in the Injection Molding Department
Provide detailed product drawing and determine critical dimensions
Assess and measure accurately for a range of quality control criteria

REQUIREMENTS:
Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or any other relevant qualification
At least 3 years of relevant experience in plastic molding / extrusion / manufacturing environment
Experience in 2-shot molding and gas-assist molding is an advantage
Good interpersonal and communication skills
To be stationed in Shenzhen, China
Able to communicate in English and Mandarin in order to liaise with chinese local
