- Monitor molding production and stamping production
- To ensure efficient production with good quality
- To ensure people following standard process in molding and stamping shop
- Responsible for tooling maintenance and repairing
- Key team member in failure parts root cause analysis
- Drive continuously improvement, keep high level of 5S
- Implement other tasks assigned by superior to meet superior's expectation.
