In this position, you will be a key engineering member on a team that delivers and supports SDPs to ensure that customer SW development objectives are met. You will interface with customers including both internal engineering and external software developers in over 45 countries.
When a customer support request is received, you will be responsible for quick communication with the customer, assessment and debug of system HW/SW issues, driving issue resolution and ensuring that the customer expectations are met. Additional responsibilities include creating support plans, participation in First Article Inspections (FAIs), and maintaining spare parts to support the program including field upgrades.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum of Bachelors of Science degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science with 2+ yrs. experience in the field.
Excellent decision making, time management, and communication skills.
2+ year of hardware debug at the component and system level, root cause analysis, corrective action.
2+ year of trouble shooting for multiple operating systems (such as Window, Android, Linux) and their associated BIOS, Firmware, and system drivers.
Experience working with multiple segments including server, client, mobile and handheld including: technical understanding of the architecture and how platform HW/SW/FW work together is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with the Microsoft Windows Debugger, Kernel Debugger tools and/or JTAG debuggers such as ITP or LTB is a plus.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, Colorado:
$85,420.00-$136,400.00

Work Model for this Role
This role is available as fully home-based and generally would require you to attend Intel sites only occasionally based on business need.
