Job Responsibilities:

• Engage with our guests of all ages
• Inform visitors about how to use the playground facilities
• Respond to visitors enquiries and concerns
• Assist the Supervisor with the general daily playground operations including the admission counter and different game zones
• Assist with the organization of special events such as: corporate events, birthday parties and guided tours
• Monitor the playground condition and facilities
• Monitor the safety of the children in the playground

Requirements:

• Responsible, kind, patient and passionate about children
• Good sense of creativity and initiative
• Attention to detail and positive working attitude
• Productive and manages time well
• Early childhood education and teaching experience is preferred
• Experience in a playgroup, kindergarten or learning centre will be an advantage
• 3 years or above relevant working experience in a leadership position
• Proficient in both English and Cantonese, intermediate Mandarin is a bonus
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge in using multi-media software will be an added advantage
• Immediate availability is highly preferred

The Big Things Playground opens 7 days a week from 10am to 8pm. Candidates will need to work shifts according to the roster of the company. Work will be required on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.
