JOB PURPOSE/ROLE

• The role is responsible for the timely and effective execution of tasks and activities related to PA Contract management. You will be able to interact with the other members of the PA team as a team player.
  

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Executes timely the PA / Contract management assigned tasks during the Policy Life cycle of the managed policies,
• Contract start incl tarification and fees
• Contract and customer management and incl contract amendments, renewals, terminations
• Turnover declarations and premium calculations. Premium base chasing,
• Bonus -Malus calculations
• Deals with 2nd level customer requests assigned
• Ensures tight communication with teams in other regions (program features)
• Ensures tight communication with other local teams when needed (Claims, Risks...)
• Identifies potential improvements on processes, organization and reports to the team leader
• Complies with commercial gestures (decisions made)
• Data quality control
• Coordinated by Regional PA Manager of the program
• Under the supervision of his Regional PA Manager

KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

• Credit Insurance knowledge (including Products and Services offered)
• PA processes - Ability to work with/in different IT satellite systems
• Team player
• Supporting team members
• Communication skills enabling commercial contacts (answer to customer requests)
