Job Description

Cover Holder at LLOYD'S 

Major Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for providing fully support to Insurance Dept. for handling general insurance claims, preparing various kinds of reports and other designed clerical & administrative duties

  • Handle policy documents for both new & renewal cases within the Company standard & service turnaround time

  • Perform application data capture, binding & dispatch policy documents to distributors & customers

  • Tackle system problems by communicating with IT support

  • Provide clerical support to policy services related operation according to company requirement.

  • Handle general inquiry

  • No need to cold call 

 

Qualification: 

  • At least 3 years related working experience in GI industries is preferable.

  • Familiar with general insurance and legal are preferable but not essential.

  • IIQAS qualification is an advantage

  • Proficiency in both spoken & written English & Chinese

  • Mature, stable, good interpersonal & communication skills

  • Able to work independently

  • Proficiency in MS applications

  • Candidate with profound background & experience will be considered for a more senior position.

  • Immediate available is an advantage
