3. Enquiries support to all front liners (ie Customer Contact, Customer correspondence, Branches and other business partners)
4. Handle enhancement projects inclusive of user requirement (UR) preparation and UAT
5. Handle new assignment from time to time.
1. Strive to deliver quality service and meet customers (including agents) satisfaction by delivering and responding to their needs timely, fairly, accurately and professionally.
2. To respond and follow-up on customer requests, offer advice to meet customer needs and provide effective solution to customers’ enquiries and complaints.
3. To ensure smooth daily operations and transactions are completed within TAT. Takes timely corrective action to achieve objectives and close gaps.
4.Accurate and timely updating of monthly reports such as Service Performance Report and others.
5. Recommend process and system improvement.
6. Other job functions and ad-hoc task assigned by supervisor, manager and HOD.
7. Liaise with ISS, Finance Division, other departments and vendor on matters relating to system or servicing.
8. Monitoring and clearing of the suspense report.
