Job Objective:
Responsible for providing after-sales support to policy-related administrative processes

Job Responsibilities:

- Doing all transactions of Policy owner Service, such as:

+ Simple changes (change customer information not impacted to policy premium, change signature, change beneficiary)

+ Complex change (add/delete rider, increase/decrease SA, Reinstatement, change DOB/Sex)

+ Complex change (Change occupation, change Policy Holder, Go aboard)

- Ensuring all policy transactions are processed accurately and achieving service standards.

- Distribution of work and suggest for any adjustment to ensure that POS objective and personal objective are met on quality, quantity, TAT and limitation of backlog

- Co-ordination with other department to handle special case and ad- hoc situation

- Perform other responsibility & duty that are assigned by POS Management

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree

- At least 1 year experience, insurance industry is prefer

- Ability to work well both independently and as a cooperative team member

- Proactive and creative thinking

- Good communication and inter-person skill

- Customer oriented service

- Able to work under pressure
