This role is to deliver great service to customers and stakeholders by providing the accurate information that promptly response and meet customer expectation.Job Description:
•Provide information over-the-counter and in written form to customers and internal stakeholders regarding policy status, change request updates, clarification of policy benefits and other customer enquiries
•Process customer change requests such as change in address, mode of payment, contact numbers, change of beneficiary then input new updates in the system
•Assist customers and internal stakeholders to process customer requests which may include change of policy package, account value withdrawal, reinstatement, review of policy loading terms and other changes
•Record the complaint and escalate the issues to right departments and stakeholders to produce best solutions for customers
•Ensure all customer requests are completed and met the set benchmark in term of turn- around time
Job Requirement:
•Bachelor's Degree in hospitality or related discipline
•At least 2 years of relevant working experience
•Possess great communication, customer service, and interpersonal skill
•Proficient in verbal and written English
•Detail minded, efficient, responsible, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
