What you will be doing:

• Ensure all pool chairs are well maintained and clean. Enusre overall cleanliness and maintenance of pool area
• Assist guests in finding a location around pool deck, setting up their area as requested
• Inform guests about pool rules and safety protocols
• Maintain atmosphere of aloha spirit by providing engaging, personalized, timely, and efficient service to our discerning guests

Your experience and skills include:

• Able to work in a high-pressure environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; a team player
• 1 year experience in customer service
• Previous experience in luxury hotel environment desirable involving multi-tasking, attention to detail, and customer service
• CPR and First Aid Certification
• Water Safety Certification is an asset

Your team and working environment:

• Must be able to lift, carry, push and pull up to 100 lbs
• Must be able to withstand very warm and sunny conditions
• Constant standing and walking
• Occasional kneeling, pushing and pulling
• Requires grasping, writing, repetitive motions, listening, hearing and visual acuity
