Job Responsibility:

• Schedule the treatment plan (fumigation and heating) according to the vsl loading list, adjust the plan according to the cargoes delivery plan by closely communicating with terminal and shippers.

• Follow up on the treatment plan and ensure timely implementation. Coordinate unexpected situations among customers, terminal, and carriers if encountered.

• Contact with fumigation service provider to prepare and execute according to the plan

• Sent out daily status update reports.

• Carry out routine audits according to the operation procedures and requirements, take audit records and provide improvements input and follow up the actions. Escalate major issues if any.

• Follow up the certificates’ issuance for cargoes after treatment.

• Summarize the treatment details and prepare bills to customer and review bills from vendors. Issue invoice and submit payment request.

• Familiar with the heating/fumigation facility, be able to operate the equipment independently.

• Understand the periodic maintenance requirement and ensure it is timely carried out and documented.

• Closely communicate with the vendor when equipment issue identified, and have it solved in a timely manner.

Qualification:

• Colleague or above education background (undergraduates acceptable)

• Technical background, hands on style

• Written English required

• Good communication skill

• Self-driven, hardworking without supervisor presented
