About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for those with commitment to creating genuine connections & peak moments for our guests. Key duties include, but are not limited to the following:

• Greeting guests arriving or departing from the hotel
• Providing exceptional service by responding to their requests promptly efficiently and courteously throughout their stay.
• Assisting with valeting guest cars & their luggage
• Promoting and up-selling hotel facilities through strong product knowledge
• Ensuring timely and efficient delivery of guest amenities, make recommendations and reservations for our guests on local attractions
• Ensuring safety and security for guests

Skills and experience

• Genuine passion for Hospitality & desire to help others
• A positive can do & customer focused attitude
• Excellent grooming and presentation skills
• Exceptional communication skills
• Availability to work varied shifts including early morning, late evenings, weekends and public holidays
• Full driver licence with ability to drive manual & automatic is essential
