About the Role: 

As one of the first points of contact for our guests, our exceptional team of Porters provide a hearty welcome for a memorable experience for our guests through their friendly, courteous and efficient service.

Do cars excite you? Do you dream of driving Mercedes, Range Rovers, Teslas? OR…. Lamborghinis and Ferraris? As a Porter, you’ll get the chance to drive our guest’s cars for parking and YES – our guests drive high end vehicles. 

This position offers flexible working hours across seven days - including morning and evening shifts, shift loadings and penalty rates apply! We are looking for someone with a "can-do" attitude who is friendly and outgoing.

Duties & Responsibilities: 

This is an active front of house position involving:

• Deliver exceptional Customer Service
• Collect, deliver and store guest luggage
• Organising transportation for guests
• Deliver guests correspondence and packages to rooms
• Assist with parking and collection of guest cars
• Escort guests to their rooms, explaining the facilities of the hotel en-route
• Assist guests with any information requested

Requirements: 

• Manual Drivers Licence
• Ability to multitask whilst ensuring exceptional attention to detail
• High level of creativity with local knowledge
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills
• Flexibility to work various shifts including week-ends, nights and public holidays
• Immaculate presentation and grooming standards
