The FCE portfolio delivers billions of dollars in construction projects around the world, and the successful delivery of these contribute to Intel's success.
The role of the Portfolio Analyst Program Manager is to maintain line of sight over the long-range delivery schedule for all construction projects and programs. This manager will own the design and implementation of tracking and reporting capability across FCE, deliver detailed portfolio-level risk assessments to give early warning to the leadership team, seek to find ways to optimize portfolio delivery, and work with our many functions to create visibility of our schedule of works. The Portfolio Analyst Program Manager also manages a team of Portfolio Analysts who will specialize in a particular construction scope.
This role will report to the Strategic Portfolio Director. If not based in Arizona, frequent travel to the Arizona site will be required.
As a Portfolio Analyst Program Manager your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Define and document a clear approach, methodology and tools to visualize, interpret and track the whole-of-FCE portfolio for all project types globally. You will leverage existing Intel tools, our Digital team, and other solutions as needed.
- Engage and coordinate broadly across FCE and the wider Intel business, to provide visibility of the portfolio in a value-adding way to our stakeholders.
- Undertake detailed analysis of the portfolio, in terms of schedule, cost, resource, risk, and inter-dependencies, to identify areas of concern, and provide guidance to the business on course correction.
- Own portfolio risk management, taking active ownership of identifying assessing, prioritizing, and delivering mitigative actions to protect the portfolio.
- Identify inconsistencies within the project environment, that create challenge in monitoring portfolio analysis, and work with the project stakeholders to redress.
- Engage with Directors of Construction and other senior project delivery stakeholders to ensure the portfolio management function identifies their needs and adds value where able.
- Create meaningful and insightful reporting to the leadership team on progress, performance, and risk.
- Take a continuous improvement lens to all work undertaken at the portfolio level, and incorporate lessons learned where possible.
- Manage and provide technical direction to a team of Portfolio Analysts

Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Position not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.
Minimum Qualifications:
The candidate must have at least one of the following:
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering or related field with 9+ years of experience in Scheduling/Construction/Project Management/Project controls or related role in large scale construction projects. Prior people management experience is required
- Master's degree in business, engineering or related field with 6+ years of experience in Scheduling/Construction/Project Management/Project controls or related role in large scale construction projects. Prior People Management experience is required
- 15 + years of experience in Scheduling/Construction/Project Management/Project controls or related role in large scale construction projects in lieu of a degree. Prior People Management experience is required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Project/Program/Portfolio Management qualification (PMP or equivalent).

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
