Responsible for executing transformation program:
• Accountable for managing, tracking and reporting on transformation program: costs, benefits, outcomes, risks, issues, dependencies and resource planning.
• Manage transformation agenda, propose priority/roadmap, resolve roadblock and track alignment with agreed priorities.
• Facilitate communication across workstreams, functions, organization.
• Update leadership on progress of transformation program together with recommended actions regularly.

Drive Change (25%)

• Drive coordination and communication across workstreams
• Communicate decisions from Group and Local’s Steering Committee to workstream and organization

Identify outlook (25%)

• Identify and map dependencies
• Define areas impeding critical path
• Determine root cause of issues and collect, analyze foundational data and fact base

Track and Monitor performance (25%)

• Track and monitor the health of workstreams and initiatives performance
• Enable decision making based on facts and data
• Report on issues and their potential impacts

Focus on Impact (25%)

• Identify potential solutions for gaps and misalignments, propose priority
• Escalate decisions to leadership team where needed
• Ensure stakeholder alignment and follow through on decisions
