We’re looking for a Portfolio Management Specialist to:

• negotiate and review of Investment Management Agreements with asset managers
• revise investment guidelines for different asset classes and products in cooperation with asset managers, clients/sponsors, client relationship managers and fund administration
• manage day to day relationship with portfolio managers (single point of contact for all requests from asset managers)
• oversee the asset management activities incl. assessment of due diligence questionnaires, performance of onsite due diligence, independent controls, monitoring of the compliance with the regulatory requirements in relation to the portfolio management activities
• resolve guideline breaches, advising client-facing staff and customers regarding portfolio management, instrument analysis and offerings
• optimize the work and control processes including documentation (e.g. monitoring framework, control plan, risk categorization and evaluation) incl. alignment of control frameworks with fellow UBS Fund Management companies
• act as special matter expert, handling diverse complex (e.g. performance fees, valuation of assets) and strategic topics related to portfolio management including coordination with internal and external stakeholders
