Are you a shrewd evaluator of risk? Do you know how make the right call in challenging situations?

We’re looking for someone like that who can:

– ensure and assess appropriate due diligence processes before delegating Portfolio Management (PM) function under the responsibility of the management company to external parties as well as counterparts within the UBS network;
– monitor and assess key controls applied to the delegated party in an ongoing due diligence process, by identifying and investigating exceptions or new risks occurring within the delegated function;
– coordinate and analyze monitoring tools such as quarterly KPIs and annual confirmations;
– prepare monthly and quarterly consolidations of findings and reporting to the team leader and conducting officer via monthly reports and presentations;
– monitor for potential changes in regulations in order to anticipate impact on the current control framework and implementing the necessary changes within the timeframes prescribed by regulators;

You will be allocated responsibilities in overseeing our providers of Portfolio Management services for our UCITS and Alternative Investment Funds and the co-ordination of standard processes within Fund Management Services ("FMS") within the UBS Management Company Structure.
