The FCE portfolio delivers billions of dollars in construction projects around the world, and the successful delivery of these contribute to Intel's success.
The role of the Portfolio Reporting Analyst is responsible for providing data, reporting, and analytics strategy across the whole of FCE Schedule Portfolio and will provide insights to all levels of the organization, including senior management on a regular cadence.
This role will report to the Strategic Portfolio Director. If not based in Arizona, frequent travel to the Arizona site will be required.
As a Portfolio Reporting Analyst your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Define and document a clear approach, method, standards, and tools to ensure FCE develops best-in-class project schedules that ensures delivery of our projects the Intel way. You will leverage existing Intel tools and methods, industry best practice, and other solutions as needed.
- Support the Directors of Construction (DOCs) and their scheduling teams with recurring and ad-hoc reporting needs and maintain ongoing data integrity
- Undertake schedule analysis, to provide insight to DOCs and the teams on schedule performance, and options for corrective action. This will include identifying trends across projects, to understand systemic issues, that can be resolved at the portfolio level.
- Partner successfully with key stakeholders, including factory facility owners, site construction contractors, Schedulers, Portfolio Analysts, Project Management Office (PMO), Etc, to ensure there is understanding and awareness of our processes and methods for portfolio reporting.
- Prepare insightful executive and senior level reporting on schedule performance at the portfolio and program levels, using good practice key performance indicators and other metrics.
- Proactively troubleshoot schedule issues and gaps and work on issues with stakeholders. For example, negative float resolution, critical path constraints, and other key issue resolutions in support of timely delivery.
- Take a continuous improvement lens to all work undertaken at the portfolio level, and incorporate lessons learned where possible.

Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Position not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.
Minimum Qualifications:
The candidate must have at least one of the following:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management, or a closely related field with 6+ years of experience in Scheduling/Construction Management/Project Controls or Estimating in large scale construction projects and experience with Primavera P6.
- Master's degree in Engineering or Construction Management, or a closely related field with 4+ years of experience in Scheduling/Construction Management/Project Controls or Estimating in large scale construction projects and experience with Primavera P6.
- 10+ years of experience in Scheduling/Construction Management/Project Controls or Estimating in large scale construction projects and experience with Primavera P6 will be considered in lieu of a degree.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Primavera Scheduling Certification.
- An overall understanding of the design, engineering, procurement, and construction management phases associated with delivering large projects.
- Proficiency in:
- Window-based environment and software like PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, and Office 365 suites.
- Power BI and Think Cell Analysis Software.

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
