If you like to work as a Portfolio Sales Professional in our Port Melbourne office, we will offer you the support to make it happen! This is your role. What part will you play? In this role, you will get the opportunity to work within an area of the Siemens business that has immense market potential. You will plan and execute sales targets and activities in selling a specific portfolio to customers by combining and leveraging specialised product and rail industry know how to increase sales and commercial targets. The Siemens Mobility products business is a key supplier to a large majority a of rail operators in Australia, New Zealand, and exports products to the wider ASEAN rail market. The role will require some travel and requires a significant component of office-based support activities to provide end to end presales through to post-sales support. You will: Be responsible for achieving sales and profitability targets within a nominated territory Develop and implement regional business plans that exceed expectations in revenue retention/growth, account profitability, and customer satisfaction/loyalty. Provide high levels of office-based customer support to manage existing orders through to delivery. Perform business development activities within existing customer base and identification and engagement and nurturing of new contacts within existing customers Engage in all aspects of the supply chain including internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction. Create a robust sales lead pipeline and provide information forecasts and planning via CRM. Analyse and evaluate markets (both technology and product portfolio) and needs of potential or existing customers. Investigate and evaluate specific business opportunities for the customer related product and service portfolio Prepare and negotiate projects and proposals in cooperation with other involved professionals and management and act as point of contact in commercial matters Contributes to the development of an After Sales Service that is focused on customers' needs including repairs. Use your skills to move the world forward. You have hands on experience using SAP Order Management tool including order entry, delivery, and invoices management. You have prior experience in Business Development activities and have worked in a Products based business with technical experience or business understanding. We would love to see your prior Rail industry experience. You have strong customer orientation and bring positive attitude to deliver team goals.
