Job Description
The Job:

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide first contact resolution of customer issues via chat and email.
• Deliver timely and accurate responses to customer questions and requests.

• Take personal ownership of customer requests and maintain accountability for follow-through.

• Provide proactive customer communication via email, or live chat when necessary.

• Display a professional, positive, and enthusiastic demeanor to employees and customers.

What we’re looking for:

• Native Brazilian Speaker and fluent in English
• Minimum some post secondary education (Bachelors Degree Preferred)
• An avid gamer
• Previous Customer Service Experience (Gaming Industry Preferred)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• A Team Player

Pluses

• Knowledge of, and passion for MMORPG’s
• Some knowledge of Mandarin
