Team Description and The Role

As a member of the international team, you will have to own the Polish market for our games. This will encompass (but will not be limited to):

the localization of our game (from English to Polish): full translation + proofreading.
the interaction with our gamers, whether to help them progress, or to solve any problem they might have.
consistently making sure that our games are fully localized and just "sound right" for a Polish audience. This will involve a lot of Q/A.
the marketing and advertising of our game through social media, user acquisition, direct advertising, co-branding, guerrilla marketing, and any other creative ideas that you might think of.
come up with any idea to make the game better, the content more exciting and the players as happy as one can be.
helping the rest of the team pushing our games in front of as many eyeballs as possible.
We're looking for a perfect storm of:

Gaming, gaming and more gaming: you're a gamer and a damn proud one. Leveling up, upgrading, team playing are a second nature to you.
Impeccable writing skills: you hate typos and get offended when something online is not written the way it should in your own language.
Experience in online content / web management /CMS / Wordpress /etc.
Attention to detail! Every pixel will be where it needs to be.
You know what growth is and what triggers it online.
Ability to communicate without any misunderstanding in English and/or in Chinese. Any extra language welcome.
Strong organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Someone who's based in Shanghai, or willing to relocate.
Not necessary but greatly appreciated:

Past experience in the gaming industry. You already know who's who in the Polish gaming sphere and who we need to be in touch with to have a presence in Poland.
Fluency in Polish, English and Chinese altogether.
Past experience in community management on Facebook/Twitter/other social channels.
