Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the country brand plan by cross-functional communication and collaboration
  • Drive planning and executing all initiatives for successful launch readiness in the country brand plan with regular KPIs monitoring
  • Manage the forecast accuracy and team budget successfully
  • Develop and implement promotional activities (detail aids, message platform, advertising and congresses etc.) in line with global and regional brand strategy
  • Partner with regional and global marketing team
  • Manage internal and external key stakeholders
  • Design and analyze the local market research
  • Assess market and performance data and draw key insights for effective decision-making
  • Consolidate competitive intelligences and drive competitive action plans
  • Manage marketing projects with external vendors in corporation with sourcing team
  • Comply with all laws, SOPs and code of conduct and adhere to all relevant regulations
  • Adhere to Amgen principles, policies and practices

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years’ experience in marketing department in pharma industry, preferably in multinational companies
  • Oncology TA and launch experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or related field preferred
  • Track record of sales & marketing performance preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally
  • Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills, Good command of English
