Institute of Bioresource and Agriculture (IBA)

The Institute was newly established under the Faculty of Science. It serves as a knowledge hub that engages in bioresource conservation and sustainable agriculture, promotes and offers professional and public education in sustainable consumption, bioresource and organic agriculture. The Institute is seeking young and talented researchers to apply for the following position:

The appointee is expected to conduct independent scholarly researches, supervise Research Assistants, submit grant proposals and assist in the development of the Institute.

Applicants should possess a PhD degree in Agriculture, Biofertilizer and Composting, Environmental Biotechnology, Soil Science or related disciplines, with two years of relevant post-doctoral experience.

Initial appointment will be offered on a fixed-term contract of one year commencing as soon as possible. Re-appointment thereafter will be subject to mutual agreement.

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
