The incumbents will become a core member of our R&D team conducting applied research in data mining, machine learning, video analytics and visualization.

Job Duties:

• Conduct problem or improvement areas study including data collection and analysis
• Make proposals on research scope, direction and approach based on studies conducted
• Formulate, plan, and perform research projects
• Participate and lead sub-projects in larger scale research projects
• Compile reports and presentation material of research projects
• Explore new technologies and applications  

Requirements:

• PhD degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, Information Engineering, Systems Engineering or a related discipline in applied engineering and science
• self-motivation, good sense of responsibility and ability to work independently
• strong problem-solving skill
• good communication and writing skill
