As PCIe Post Silicon Validation Team Manager, you will lead a team of highly competent engineers, specializing in PCIe interfaces, controllers and Phys, a team that function as technological detectives to solve complex puzzles and drive Intel's core products to the max.
In this role, you will manage the team, drive test plans definition, development & execution, lead product level features’ enabling and debug for all PCIe related validation in IDC, for both current and future generations & speeds. You will be required to lead, drive the features integration, see the big picture, and be responsible for high quality Client products.
You’ll have a meaningful impact on Intel’s next generation processors, and you’ll be working shoulder to shoulder with the Design, Architecture teams, and the business unit and have high visibility and exposure to Intel’s management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/ Computer Engineering or Computer Science
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven track record of creating and implementing integrated, multi-discipline solutions
- Ability to work in unstructured environments and to initiate and drive new model path finding activity from ambiguity (concepts) to clarity (defined direction and development)
- Exceptional interpersonal communication, relationship management, effective listening and influencing skills that result in strong working partnerships across organization boundaries
- Proven leadership/managerial experience, leading/managing teams/Projects/complex technical activities, good presentation skills, ability to function well under pressure and in high workloads.
Advantage:
- Knowledge of Si process/test domains
- Experience in: FPGA, Emulation/Prototyping, Pre Si or Post Si validation, Logic Design, Integration, Complex Debug
- Chipset integrated circuit testing and high-volume manufacturing experience would be an added advantage
- Knowledge in: Graphics, Display, Serial IO, PhyPCIE, USB, TypeC, Memory, Security, Power management, SoC, HW/SW integration.
- Strong lab skills with hands on experience in system testing and debug.
- Drivers or firmware development is an advantage

Work Model for this Role
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
