We invite you to join us as a member of an experienced team who owns the development, delivery and support of a critical and complex debug tool for Intel micro-processor silicon debug. Responds to situations where first-line product support has failed to isolate or fix problems. Reports design, reliability and maintenance problems or bugs to design engineering/software engineering. Highly involved in customer support and training where the product is highly technical or sophisticated in nature. Required Self-learning capability of a wide technical area, ownership, teamwork and partnership to bring the tool ready for silicon and keep it fully functional for the customers.

Qualifications

• Technician or practical engineering in electrical engineering/computer engineering
• Fast learning, independency, initiatives and thinking out of the box
• Very excited and motivated to work with customers and provide ongoing support. Most of the support is remotely from the office not in the lab.
• Experience in pre and post silicon validation - preferred
• Interested in Validation development and De-Bug including pre silicon and post silicon validation and customer support.

Work Model for this Role

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
