Duties： 

Execute the R&D activities as instructed by the Research and Development Director;
Conduct R&D projects on anti-microbial, anti-insect and related functional recipes applicable to polymer, coating materials, paint, agriculture plastic, masterbatch, etc;
Design, develop, optimize and validate analytical methods for the above-mentioned chemical recipes development their quality control;
Design, execute and troubleshoot experiments for qualitative and quantitative characterization of the anti-microbial and anti-insect products;
Cooperate with research team members to assist in the optimization of production process and quality management of anti-microbial and anti-insect products;
Prepare documents for chemical formulation, material safety data sheet, regulatory filings and related documents;
Travel overseas if necessary.

Requirements：
 
A recognised master degree or above in Material Science, Polymer Chemistry, Chemistry or a related discipline;
2 or more years of research/relevant work experience (Coating, paint or chemical industry);
Strong research skills and professional integrity;
Good commands of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Madarin)
