We are seeking a highly motivated postdoctoral candidate to perform independent research to study how the antigens and TCR repertoires in various T cell subsets shape the T cell responses and functions in autoimmunity and in cancer. We are interested in identification of novel regulatory pathways based human genetic information, single cell RNAseq studies and dissecting their molecular mechanisms by utilizing various in vitro and in vivo systems.

This candidate should have a Ph.D. degree in the area of immunology, , oncology, bioinformatics or molecular biology. This candidate must have independent research skills such as designing, executing and interpreting experiments, as demonstrated by previous publications. Individual with experience in T cell biology, TCR analyses, MHC/antigen identification, bioinformatics or immuno-oncology will be preferred.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
PhD at the time of appointment
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Ph.D. in immunology, oncology, bioinformatics or molecular biology
Independent research skills such as designing, executing and interpreting experiments, as demonstrated by previous publications
Experience in T cell biology, bioinformatics or immuno-oncology
