Job Description
This is a 2 year funded position to utilize chromatin immunoprecipitation (ChIP) techniques to identify transcription factor binding to promoters or introns of genes of interest. The position is in conjunction with a fully equipped and serviced Genomics Core capable of sequencing DNA bearing transcription factor binding sites of interest. It is part of a >30 person Center focused on translational cancer research. Candidate must have demonstrated previous successful experience with ChIP techniques, mammalian cell culture and transfection, and common molecular biology laboratory techniques (western blotting, PCR, etc).  Must currently reside in the United States and hold a valid work VISA.
