A postdoctoral position is available immediately to biochemically characterize a new interaction between a TNF family protein and a suppressive molecule and to study the activities of this interaction in limiting T cell immunity. Applicants should have a Ph.D. in Immunology, and "Times New Roman"">experience working in vitro and in vivo with T cells and animal models of immune disease. Experience with protein biochemistry, cytokine assays, DNA/RNA studies, flow cytometry, and assays for in vivo inflammatory activity in animal models is essential.
