Duty:
co-ordinate with VIP and normal guests reception
Collect foreigner customer’s advices and help the service department to deal with those complaints.
Getting know all kinds of hotel products and doing recommendation to the guests;
Deal with daily department work;

Qualifications:
Collage or University; Gap year

Work Hours: 8 hours/day, 6 days every week
