The area of power delivery is one of the most challenging aspects of modern CPU design. Power Delivery Network (PDN) is expected to provide power, consumed by high performance logic blocks and support sophisticated power architecture under severe area constraints. An implementation of such a complex network is not an easy task, and it requires thorough and efficient in-situ verification. To maximize the coverage and effectiveness of this verification, a system of dedicated checkers is required.
We are looking for an engineer that will join a small team of enthusiasts that deal with definition, development and deployment of PDN checkers. The scope of the job includes electrical validation of power delivery network merits, development and implementation of efficient validation algorithms and piloting the checker suite.
Qualifications
EE/CS and or Math graduate.
Coding is expected (but not limited to) Python, TCL and similar.
Knowledge in algorithms is an advantage
