We are looking for a talented Power Delivery validation and optimization engineer for Intel client products. As a PDI Engineer, you will be responsible for the product (SOC) characterization, power and performance optimization in addition to the responsibility of identifying opportunities, drive optimization and improvements through analysis of workloads and silicon behavior.

The job requirements include but not limited to:
-System level understanding of flows at the hardware, firmware, and driver levels
-In-depth level understanding of hardware power management such as P-states and C-states
-Analysis of power results versus pre-silicon expectations and drive resolution of issues and optimizations
-Responsibility for SoC-level optimization under various usage scenarios
-Close interface with architecture, design, and platform engineers
-Drive Performance and power features optimizations/innovations for future products.

Qualifications

Required:
- BSC degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering

- Ability to work from Haifa campus full position.
- Track record of practical problem solving and documentation skills
- Excellent communication and/or interaction skills
- Result oriented

Advantage:
- Familiarity with CPU architecture
- System level and SOC validation experience
- Experience with lab environment and measurement tools- Coding experience (Python, C++, C, JMP)
- Understanding and experience with OSs
