General Description
The Power Electronics Engineer will be primarily responsible for motor inverter related programs. In performance of roles and responsibilities, the candidate must be able to work independently to plan and implement hardware and software development, validation & test, convert customer requirements into product specification, communicate, coordinate, and consult with engineering departments and customers.

Key Accountabilities
？ Responsible for capturing customer requirements and transform them into specifications to ensure targets to be met.
？ Responsible for the motor inverter application, development and project launch on time in China.
？ Develop new design solutions with analog and digital circuits. Design solutions are to meet strict reliability requirements for automotive industry.
？ Support software trouble shooting during integration and test phase "hands-on"
？ Work closely with the new product launch teams and the final manufacturing location to ensure smooth launch, design for manufacturing, and transition of products into the production facility.
？ Work closely with manufacturing and Quality to achieve quality, reliability and manufacturability targets.

Qualifications & Requirements
？ Bachelor degree or above in discipline of motor control, control engineering or electric drives.
？ 5 years or more of experience of electronics development in the electronics engineering field.
？ Familiar with motor inverter product structure, process, performance and operation of testing equipment and bench.
？ Hands-on experience on power electronics.
？ Experiences in software programming by using C/C++ programming tools and techniques.
？ Proficient in communication protocol development, debugging, familiar with UDS
？ Expertise in control strategy of PMSM, PWM modulation method, multi-phase motor control algorithms.
？ Good knowledge and practical experiences in power converter/inverter software design, motor modeling and simulation, rapid control prototyping and test validation, simulation and development tools e.g. Matlab, Simulink, dSPACE, C language, development process based on AUTOSAR, and microcontrollers such as TI, Infineon chips
？ Good knowledge with certain level of experience on electric powertrain system and components e.g. inverter, electric motor, gearbox, as well as fuel cell system are preferred
？ Excellent communication skills, fluent in English (oral and written)
