INTEL Data Center Group (DCG) is looking for talented engineers to take part in cutting-edge semiconductor SmartNIC platform development. You'll have the opportunity to be exposed to High-Speed I/O protocols as PCIe Gen6, DDR5, and PAM4 112Gbps Ethernet.

In this role as Power Integrity Lead, you will be accountable for defining guidelines for SOC teams, recommend supply noise design solutions, modeling, and analyses of IR drop, VRM performance measurement-based behavior modeling, and ESD analyses.
This role includes analyze the decoupling solution's effectiveness on PCB, package, and on-die PDN and use the VRT method for characterizations.

Qualifications

� Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Electrical/Electronics and 8+ years of experience in the above job description.
� Solid proven experience of Power Integrity concepts and leadership
� Solid proven experience with layout technics and experience custom layout design
� Knowledge of CAD tools: Cadence Allegro or Mentor Expedition, or equivalent
� Activity in Static\Dynamic IR drop analysis
� Hands-on experience with EDA tools: Sigrity PowerSI, Ansys SIwave, or equivalent
� Understanding of decupling tradeoffs MIM /MOM etc.
� Good knowledge of power grid design
� Familiar Apache Redhawk or similar tools
� Experience with the preliminary area and power estimation
� Experience with Spice simulation
� Familiar with current profile generation (Icc) process
� Experience in Power noise/jitter simulation
� Understanding of decupling tradeoffs MIM /MOM etc.
� Familiar with layout technics for PCB and Package
� Experience in ESD analysis familiar with Calibre PERC tool is a definite plus
� SSO simulation experience is a definite plus
