About us:
Intel's core team is currently one of the most important domains with large effect on Intel's CPU SoCs. Core technology is highly evolving with a huge number of technologies being developed. The candidate is expected to work on all phases of development, starting at initial definition, to full post-Si production stage while offering a state of the art HW experience.
About the scope:
Candidate will join Intel's Core Power-management Arch group to work on a pioneering project, aimed at optimizing Intel's core performance using cutting-edge power-management HW/firmware.
Job includes modelling, power/performance enhancements evaluation and algorithm optimization behavior of cores in Client/Server products.
Expectation is to work through the entire HW development cycle - from spec, Pre-Si activities (simulation, emulation) till Post-Si activities (Production).
Job responsibilities include full understanding of architecture definition of both hardware/FW algos and test environment components, to be able to deliver best core post Si outcome and bring new directions for the next generation.
