For our Grid Software Business Unit, we are looking for a Power System Consultant who will be responsible for large-scale network simulation, steady-state / dynamic analysis and planning studies of power utilities. What are my responsibilities? - Simulation and steady state/dynamic analysis of transmission networks - Carrying out planning/master plan studies for transmission networks - Establish excellent customer relations and analyzes customer’s business requirements. - Develops and apply methodologies to meet customer needs. - Prepare the offers and join the negotiations with the customers. - Delivery of on-site technical consulting/training services. - Compliance with regulations and company policies. What do I need to qualify for this job? - Bachelor Degreee in Electrical Engineering, MSc. degree in Electrical Power System Engineering is an asset. - Minimum 5 years of experience as a power system consultant on transmission network analysis / planning studies - Advance level of experince in usage of PSS®E software especially with python scripts. - Knowledge of transient stability studies shall be an asset - Very good oral and written communication skills in English. - Advance level of MS Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel); programming skills is an asset.
