• Transfer in/out project management & implementation HzP SAP topic coordination
• Business requirement for cross functions before task /project owner defined, duration should be less than one month
• Other tasks assigned to support Plant Manager on daily work and new business opportunities
• CIP
• Standardize process for transfer in/out projects
• Continously optimize exist processes
• Define escalation process for projects
• Any other improvement opportunities

• Prefer Bosch working experience, prefer in manufacturing or related working area
• Bachelor degree or above in technical engineering related majors
• Good at data analysis
• SAP experience is preferred
• Is a team leader
• Proactive, down to earth, open-minded
• Fluent in Chinese and English (reading, writing, and speaking)
• Problem analyzing and solving skills
• Can interact effectively at all levels in the organization and culturally diverse people, able to drive, manage and influence people and the problem solving process
