#### Position Description:


1\. The Lenovo Data Center Group (DCG) is recruiting PSU Development Engineer
to cope with its expanding Server Development Business.
2\. Lenovo is committed to assure the utmost quality and technical superiority
of its Server Product. Achieving this goal will be impossible without a
comprehensive management process by a team of server PSU development experts.
3\. This position is responsible to cover all development engineering aspects
of PSU. Good PSU technology management skills to ensure PSU vendors meet our
product target.
4\. Perform spec reviews, discussion and technology comparison to recommend
PSU spec and vendor selections
5\. Provide new PSU technology assessment and perform market research
6\. Manage and guide PSU vendors to follow Lenovo process, product spec to
complete PSU developing
7\. Detail review on design and checklist for generating validation guidance
and test plan ensure PSU design qualified
8\. Capable to review vendor design fulfill manufacturing and well known
factory process and quality assurance
9\. Own strong analytical/problem solving skills and ability to help
management to make critical decisions and learn lesson for issue prevention
10\. Perform audit and Coordinate Qualification tests to qualify PSU suppliers
for new product introduction
11\. Participate in Cost Reduction and Quality improvement activities with
cross functional teams

Microsoft and CRPS for Ali
4\. We need PSU engineer to provide new PSU technology assessment and perform
market research
5\. A capable to review vendor design, technology, validation,
manufacturing... and deliver our PSU capabilities for customer requirement
6\. Perform audit and Coordinate Qualification tests to qualify PSU suppliers
for new product introduction
