Objective of job:
- Powertrain Calibration with special focus on OBD:
- Calibration of powertrain OBD, include OBD monitors and Diagnostics System Management
- Support of Homologation for PbP and CBU vehicles
- Support of prePVE and PVE tasks
- Technical support of importing and aftersales vehicles in terms of OBD complaints.
Tasks:
- Calibration and release responsibility of specific functions in ECU, CPC
- Dyno test operation and result analysis on OBD
- Calibration result evaluation on vehicle level according Daimler development standards
- Homologation support
- Support of test trips in China and worldwide to calibrate and evaluate the vehicle under multiple climate conditions
- Independent organization of daily task and proper documentation of work progress utilizing the Daimler calibration tools
