• Drafting of specification in accordance with the project needs and the meta-rules, standards and regulations.
• Identification / check of the supplier's validation plan; participation in the realization of the tests by the suppliers or internally; contributing to the demonstration of the requirements fulfilling.
• Contributes to components’ integration on vehicle (follow-up implementation, integration, running fleet)

• Contributes to the establishing of technical policy and meta-rules for its component family
• Ensures the reporting to his hierarchy, the manager of the technical field, and project customers of its activities
• Ensures a monitor of technologies trend and analyzes of the competitors.
• Participate in the evaluation of suppliers or emerging technologies
• Keeps up to date a portfolio of opportunities on cost/quality/diversity, and participates in the implementation of actions
• Acts transversely on the components in accordance with the orientations defined by the technical policy in his perimeter
• Contributes to the return of experience

Key skills needed:

• Min. 2 years of working experience on power electronics: resonant converter, high power PFC, MOSFET, IGBT, SiC, EMC and durability.
• Good knowledge of standards GB / T 18487, IEC 61851 & ISO 17409 and IEC 15118.
• Knowledge in thermal, operation safety, and expertise measurements on prototype.
• Knowledge of simulation tools MATLAB / SIMULINK, ORCAD, LT Spice.
• Professional experience in automobile is a plus.
• Synthetic spirit, adaptability, rigor and autonomy
• Practice of standard office software (Word, Excel etc.).
• Fluent English
