The Partnership Insurance team is looking for a high-performing and knowledgable candidate with excellent experience within the Insurance Industry. An administrator par excellence

About the role:

The purpose of the role is to deliver an excellent service experience to the company intermediaries. The role will specifically focus on technological applications available for our intermediaries to use.

Also providing administrative support for licensing, access permissions, data feeds and invoicing

Ensure company intermediaries are set up and maintained in line with AIA’s commercial, regulation and legal obligations

About you:

• Sound understanding of NZ Insurance Industry

• You are an administrative mind with an excellent eye for detail

• High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook

• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral

• A sound understanding of technology and proven skills with applications, system functionality and data

• Experience with Iress Xplan CRM advantageous
