Praktikum/ Internship in Finance / Controlling

 
Deepen your knowledge and skills in the area of finance and build your personal network by driving your own project forward. Support your team in a variety of tasks, such as consulting and close collaboration with internal stakeholders like marketing / sales , manufacturing / engineering or commercial, finding best possible financial decisions and taking responsibility for profitable and sustainable growth.
 
Your Tasks:

• Improve and develop new modern controlling tools, competitor benchmarks, spend reviews and return on investment calculations in collaboration with other functions like Marketing & Sales
• Support transition from manually updated Excel analysis tools towards Power BI / tableau based insight generation, enabled by digital technologies
• Take over responsibility for ad hoc requests from internal Business Partners regarding choices and investments to make in the business, bringing in your own view and recommendation on what creates sustainable value for the business

 
Your Profile:

• Advanced studies in Business Administration, ideally with focus on Controlling
• First practical experience, preferably in controlling 
• Ability to work independently & well structured
• A proactive way of working, flexibility & enthusiasm
• Very good communication skills and proficiency in English – basic German skills are beneficial
• Very good skills in Microsoft Office, esp. Excel - ideally Power BI and/or Tableau reporting tools
• EU visa and work permit
